Big Mouth is a male outfit presented by a mutated man. It is one of the most frightening and disgusting skins in Fortnite. He has no eyes: just a huge mouth with sharp fangs and a very long tongue. His mouth is a part of his purple ragged jacket, which “decorated” with some worms, bones, test tubes with poison and even a frog. There are also some straps that fasten all those items on the jacket. He has very long claws; the skin on his hands is the same color as his jacket. In the meantime, he is wearing simple dark jeans (by the way, his legs are very skinny) and black leather boots. The liquid that is in the test tubes glows in different colors. It must be some kind of poison or a mutagen. All in all, the whole outfit looks really nasty.
