Who is Flytrap?

Flytrap skin gameplay & overview

Flytrap is a legendary outfit for male avatars in Fortnite. It has a rather unique, curious and innovative design as it is inspired by the Dionaea which is a monotypic genus of the carnivorous plant better known as the flycatcher (hence its name).

This skin, in general, gives the impression of being the representation of the flycatcher plant but also combining a frightening aspect that inspires to think that it is a kind of anthropomorphic supervillain.

In its torso and in general green color predominates. In its central part red lines that give it contrast, at the height of the shoulders you can observe protrusions similar to hair or cilia that intertwine forming shoulder pads. And in the rest of the upper extremities, you can observe a kind of branches in green and red color forming a kind of gloves in its final part, being true to this style. There are boots that are high in stature are similar to gloves with this type of ramifications extended to the middle of both thighs.

One of its most extravagant parts is the head, since on the top it has a very curious hairstyle represented by hair-like protrusions or cilia that intertwine of a dark green color followed by this to the sides of the head red lines entwined by lines of water green. It has elongated and pointed ears and presents a frightening face of red color with facial expressions that give it an evil and sinister air. It is not a very popular skin in Fortnite.

In short, Fortnite Flytrap skin is quite particular as it turns our character into a sort of anthropomorphic supervillain (since it is the adaptation of the Flytrap plant) of mutant appearance with red skin, pointed hair and ferocious claws. The skin itself has a bluish-gray costume adjusted to the skin with various patterns and plant details all over the body. The skin of the avatar with this skin has roots and stems similar to those of a plant in the arms and legs.
