He is wearing a striped black and white long sleeve and black trousers with two belts one right under another. He has a huge backpack for stolen things, looking like a safety locker. His boots are high and have iron protectors up to knees. The platform is also high in order to escape through the impenetrable way. It looks like, he is not carrying a weapon, but he might be fast enough to run away in case of an emergency.
